Hose Cutting Machine Description

C32A is a hydraulic hose automatic cutting machine produced by our company. It is a new product developed and designed by drawing on advanced cutting technology from abroad, combined with the actual cutting characteristics, the development and design of new products. .

Operation Manual

1. Prepare a 12V battery with a capacity of 100Ah and above.

2. Clamp the red clip to the positive terminal of the battery and the black clip to the negative terminal of the battery.

3. Put on the power, check if the cutting blade rotates.

4. Adjust the positioning pin according to diameter of the hose to be cut, to prevent a sloping section or the blade getting stuck.

5. Place the hose in proper location, push the feeding handle to proceed with the cutting operation.

6. When the cutting work is completed, please turn off the power immediately.

Precautions

1. Do not let the machine's cutting discs run idling for a long time to prevent the motor from overheating.

2. Please make sure that the battery is fully charged, otherwise the cutting process will be difficult.
